Mary was an amazing host and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time during our stay. She provided, in great detail, many things to do and see around the area and even provided bicycles and kayaks to use during our visit. The home is very spacious and the pictures do not adequately capture just how large it is. Everyone that stayed in the home during our visit felt very comfortable and had plenty of personal space.Mary even provided two folding rollaway beds for extra guests and they came in handy! Oh, and the hot tub is an amazing bonus! Thanks Mary!~Adam

I just want to start by saying that Mary the owner was a PLEASURE to deal with.  She is so easy to communicate with!!  Her condo was beautiful and very clean upon our arrival.  We did not need to bring anything with us other than our skis and food.  She had plenty of towels, linens, blankets, toiletries, games, movies, etc.  We absolutely loved the "ski room" to leave all our skis, boots, etc. after a day skiing.  We all loved the ski on-ski off!  Mary also recommended a great place to eat called Cosmic Charlies.  Food was delicious and workers very friendly.  Can't wait to eat there again.    We are so happy with our stay that I booked our 2014 stay before we were even home.

 

The stay was very good. The little beach by the house is very convenient and large enough for a soccer game with the kids (which we did). The house is very comfortable and has all what is needed to spent a really nice time.~Patrick

I've been to Hunter Mountain several times with friends for the TAP Beer Festival, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The house was conveniently located in walking distance from the festival, and absolutely beautiful - so cozy, clean, and cutely-decorated. It was also stocked with basic supplies - pots and pans, spices, cleaning supplies, paper towels, linens, and so on - which isn't always the norm up at Hunter. It's also warm - which isn't always the norm - and very comfortable. Plenty of couches and comfy beds. It has a lovely balcony with a swing, a beautiful view, and two kinds of barbecues. There's also plenty of parking if you're going up with a big group of family members or friends. Mary was absolutely wonderful to deal with - so sweet and responsive (she also made everything so easy - the rules of the house were simple to follow, and "check in" and "check out" were a cinch). The price is also very reasonable. It's no wonder she has "regulars" who come up every year. I plan to become one of them!

We just spent a few days at this great mountian condo, 4 adults 4 kids. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Spent 2 days skiing and boarding and the conditions were good even with the lack of snow. Ski on ski off definatly a plus dressed the kids up and let them go. Met back for lunch and back out to the slopes. We will definatly go back again. Mary the owner was great to deal with and made us all feel very welcome. Can't wait to get back there again.

this condo was all we could ask for. nice big comfortable living room. the dinning room was large enough for all eight of us.  the bedrooms are a nice size with cable tv and queen size beds.  the condo was very clean and well decorated with everything provided for you. the best part was the location. about twenty feet from the condo is the ski slopes with a trail that leads you right to the hunter mountain base lodge.  the owner was a real pleasure to work with, very responsive to emails and phone calls.  look forward to coming back.

This was (supposed) to be our second year in a row staying at one of Mary's properties - but we were derailed by superstorm Sandy.  After a long series of events, our group could not return to stay at the property.  Throughout the entire process, Mary couldn't have been nicer!  She made herself available even in the midst of a hurricane in order to answer all our questions and was more than accommodating when it came to a variety of payment delays.  You simply could not ask for a better experience/owner/all around wonderful person!  I really can't express what a positive experience this was.  Mary took all the stress out of a stressful storm.

So even though we weren't able to take advantage of her house (which is really quite lovely based on prior experiences), we had an overwhelmingly positive experience!

 Great place to enjoy a weekend right on the slopes. Went with 7 friends and all of us would go back again. The decor is very "ski lodge" and the location is perfect as you can literally ski-in and ski-out in seconds. All the rooms/bathrooms have skylights which is really nice, although it does get bright early that way. The place is fully stocked with blankets/linens/towels/kitchen stuff which is nice too. Mary was a very helpful host and we would definitely stay at her house again.~Vik

 

This property was amazing - spacious, comfortable and literally a stone's throw away from the mountain. Mary was also great, leaving everything set up for our arrival.~Julia

 

I had a lovely time at Mary's place. It was clean, quaint, warm (i was there on the coldest day in NY in years!), and steps to hunter mountain for Ski on/ski off access. Mary was very friendly, helpful and prompt with responses to any of my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mary!
